Reference Design of 3.3kW Totem-Pole PFC

A 3.3kW bridgeless totem-pole power factor correction circuit developed d on PNJ's 650V, 40mΩ SiC MOS P3M06040K4 that can operate in both directions. Using the current continuous mode Totem-Pole PFC circuit topology, the system can work in both the PFC rectification mode and the grid-connected inverter mode, with a maximum efficiency of 99.05%.
