There are a lot of dangers that are known to us in the desert, but few of us are aware of the deadly vengeance of the Killer Bunnies.

Killer Bunnies was shot in the hot Arizona desert in May of 2002. The film was shot with a Bell & Howell director series super 8 camera using Kodak Plus-X black and white super 8 film. The film was then transfered to DV, loaded onto a G3 Mac and cut with Final Cut Pro.

The music was recorded in one sitting on Pro Tools Digi 001 on the same G3 Mac.

The film was made for under $500.

Orin Portnoy was born and raised in the concrete jungles of New York City. He has been shooting film since he was a child and produces a local Manhattan TV show called Wolftoob. After 34 years of NYC, Orin decided to clear his head and move to the desert of Arizona. This film is the result of his head clearing and the experience he now lives with every day.
